Terms & Conditions

Plugged In Tribe (Pty) Ltd provides visible authority agency services including video production, photography, content creation, graphic design, motion graphics, and strategic consulting. All services are subject to a signed service agreement and deposit payment before commencement.

Monthly retainer services require a minimum 6-month commitment. Retainer invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and payable within 7 days. A 50% deposit is required to commence the first month. Early termination within the minimum term requires 30 days written notice and payment of any outstanding months.

All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT. Clients outside Gauteng may be subject to additional logistics and travel fees, which will be confirmed before commencement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing clients.

Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to all deliverables produced by Plugged In Tribe for their account. Plugged In Tribe retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotations generated through our Custom Package Builder or issued directly are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. A 50% deposit is required to confirm and begin work. Plugged In Tribe reserves the right to adjust pricing after the validity period.

Plugged In Tribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court.
